The 20-year Japanese government bond yield rose 4 basis points to 2.780%.

Australia's S&P/ASX200 index fell 1.5% to 8,506.90 points, its lowest level since June 24.

Hong Kong steel stocks continued to fall. Maanshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (00323.HK), Chongqing Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (01053.HK), and Anshan Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (00347.HK) all fell by more than 4%. Tiangong International (00826.HK) followed suit.

Hong Kong semiconductor stocks fluctuated and rose, with Hua Hong Semiconductor (01347.HK) rising 3.8%, Semiconductor Manufacturing International Corporation (00981.HK) and Shanghai Fudan (01385.HK) rising 2.2%.

Hong Kong biopharmaceutical stocks rebounded at the beginning of the session, with BeiGene (06160.HK) rising by more than 5%, Henlius (02696.HK) rising by more than 3.5%, Rongchang Biologics (09995.HK), Kelon Biotech (06990.HK), etc. all rising by more than 2%.

Hong Kong stocks opened, with the Hang Seng Index opening down 0.8% and the KPI down 1.25%; China Hongqiao (01378.HK) fell 7.7%, Xpeng Motors (09868.HK) fell more than 7%, and Ctrip Group (09961.HK) rose 1.5%.

PEPPERSTONE:XAUUSD GOLD had been bullish for multiple weeks for now. Today, London had some correction moving into the news tonight. 1H chart has also created a bullish divergence. I would like to see a bounce off back towards the buy side.
